The production purpose of the OTKESS/GRASSCUT / Mower Machine For Collectıng Handling and Distrıbution Green Grass is to mow,
collect and distribute useful green grasses up to 150 cm in the field, such as reygras, caramba, on a daily basis, without touching or shredding, and distribute them in front of the cattle.

With OTKESS/GRASSCUT, four tasks such as mowing, collecting, transporting and dispersing are done simultaneously, saving time. Thus feed and labor costs are reduced.

OTKESS/GRASSCUT Series, which has 2 types as Drum and Spike, can adapt to different geographical conditions. It can also be used on rough terrain.

With the drum type OTKESS/GRASSCUT it basically mows the green grass with the traditional drum mowing method and carries the mowed grass with the specially manufactured elevator system to the frame of the machine without damaging it.

The OTKESS/GRASSCUT carrying case keeps the mown grass in the simplest way, without heating or crushing. Thanks to the elevator, it carries the grass safely from front to back with the help of a scraper on the floor. Again, with the help of this scraper chain, when the unloading trunk is opened without the need for a damper, it carries the grass inside onto the rear conveyor.
Conveyor discharging belt is designed to pour the weed on both sides of the machine according to its dimensions. In cases where the discharge band is not used, it is discharged from the bottom of the case with the help of side pistons. In this way, the piston is protected from external factors.

OTKESS/GRASSCUT is controlled by manual control as standard in work and road conditions. However, optionally, a touch screen and remote control system can be integrated into the machine.

Tires and axles of our OTKESS/GRASSCUT Series Machines are suitable for terrain conditions and high tonnage.

OTKESS/GRASSCUT Series can be manufactured in 7 or 14 m3 volumes according to the farm capacity.
